This is one of the most beautiful public auditoriums in Bucharest. As the Romanian translator speaks there is time for other translators to speak. All other language translators will be off-stage. Translation will not be done in a simultaneous style. Audiences in the downlink locations will softly hear Pastor Finley and will fully hear the sound of the translator for the language they select. 3. Translators needing manuscript suggestions should refer to the "Discoveries in Prophecy" series of sermons prepared by Pastor Finley for Net 96. These are available through It Is Written. PARTICIPATING LOCATIONS: 1000+ locations will be participating in this event. Current plans are for churches in Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary, Ukraine, Moldova, Russia, Germany and Portugal to participate. (We expect even more churches to join in coming months.) PROGRAM INFORMATION: 1. Dates of the evening evangelistic programs: There are a total of 15 broadcast evening evangelistic programs plus two Sabbath morning broadcasts. The program broadcasts begin Friday evening September 3 and continues to Sunday evening September 19 except for Monday evenings. The dates of the evening evangelistic meetings are: September 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10,11, 12, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19. The Sabbath morning broadcasts are Sabbath morning September 11 and 18. Dr Jan Paulsen, President of the General Conference of SDA will be the speaker for Sabbath morning September 11. 2.Time of the Broadcasts: 1. Evening evangelistic programs: 7:30 - 8:00 p.m. (19:30 - 20:00 hours) EET - Technical Slate 8:00 - 9:30 p.m. (20:00 - 21:30 hours) EET - Evangelistic program 2. Nature of the program: The first 30 minutes of the evangelistic program will be introductions, health features and musical features featuring choirs and musical groups from Romania, Bulgaria, Moldova, the Ukraine, Russia and other participating countries. FOOTPRINT AREA: All of Europe. The signal reaches to a longitude equal with Moscow. It extends south to Greece, central Turkey and all of Ukraine and western Russia. It extends north covering the Scandinavian countries and northern Russia. For Northern, Southern, Western, Central and most of Eastern Europe a 1.2 meter dish is adequate. Romania receives the signal well with a 1.2 meter dish. For central Ukraine we recommend a 1.5 meter dish. For western Russia we recommend a 2.3 meter dish. On the periphery of the footprint a larger dish is needed. AGCN has bulk purchase arrangements for the purchase of this projector for US $ 725.00 Order from AGCN through your Division Treasurer. CUSTOMS CLEARANCE: The local church, conference or Union is responsible for customs clearance and all customs and clearance expenses. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE: 5. Only for the ACTS 2000 - Bucharest series, we are thankful for donors who are offering a US $1,000.00 per participating church subsidy. Please note, this subsidy is for churches participating in ACTS 2000 Bucharest. After ACTS 2000 - Bucharest no subsidy funds in this current plan are available. This subsidy is offered on the following conditions: 1. A maximum of 200 churches are available for this subsidy on a first come, first served basis. 2. This subsidy is only for churches in Romania, Bulgaria, Ukraine and Moldova, Russia. 3. The offer is only for participating churches. No subsidy is available for individual church member home installations. 4. The church must register with the local conference / union as church participating in ACT 2000 - Bucharest. The subsidy is available only for the ACTS 2000 - Bucharest event. 5. The church must implement and carry out the full preparation program of spiritual preparation and community preparation in order to be properly prepared for the ACTS 2000 event. This must be certified by the local conference leadership. 6. The local Church / Conference / Union is responsible for all expenses above the cost of the subsidy including all transportation and customs costs. 7. No subsidy will be paid directly to a church, conference or Union. The subsidy will be paid by the General Conference to the account of the respective Division when the Division certifies that the local churches / conferences have made proper arrangements for paying their cost for purchasing the downlink equipment for their church.
